The chapter begins with Yotanwa and one of the people around her falling from their horses to the ground.
The news reaches Taifeijo… then Vigo, who drops his sword upon hearing the news.
The army around Yotanwa shouts as her personal guard leader apologizes for not noticing the arrow or sensing the target.
Yotanwa says, “There’s no need to commit suicide… Let’s take a short break and go to a mountain with a difficult name…” While she’s speaking, a mountain and sky appear.
The news reaches Shunsuijo, and they shout with joy around him. There’s no dialogue, just a scene.
All of Yotanwa’s commanders gather, and Kitari comes to them and says, “I don’t see Yotanwa here?” She says that Yamuji’s legs won’t stop shaking. I don’t know his name, but the point is, he was Yotanwa’s companion.
